Meet Our Sales Team

Jeff Yates has been with Perfect Polish since 2004; having many years of sales and customer service experience. He became the Regional Sales Manager at the beginning of 2007 and currently holds membership with NMA and is IPCI certified. He attended University of Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Science.

Donald joined the Perfect Polish team in March of 2006, bringing to the group many years of sales experience in the Service Industry. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant with a Minor in Business Administration. In August of 2007, he became the National Accounts Manager for Perfect Polish. Donald is certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute, and has conducted continuing education classes for attendees to receive AIA credit.

Erin O’Brien has a family history of concrete which led her to the opportunity at Perfect Polish. She has been a part of the sales team since March of 2006. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and is currently continuing her education through the American Society of Professional Estimators as well as studying to become a LEED accredited professional. Erin is also certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute and performs CES presentations for architecture firms interested in learning more about polished concrete.

Patrick St. Jacques graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelors degree in Economics. Patrick has experience in sales and marketing in the Construction Industry as well as Operations experience. Patrick has been a member of the Perfect Polish Sales team since April 2007. Since then he has attended the International Polished Concrete Institute’s Certification training as well as The Perfect Polish in-house training program.

Ashley Onks joins the Perfect Polish team with several years experience in sales and marketing. With her creativity and resource management skills, she brings each of her clients the perfect balance of customer service and knowledge. Ashley is certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute and has a deep understanding of the benefits that Polished Concrete can provide.

Paul Grady has had numerous years in Sales and Customer Service. Being IPCI certified, he has been properly trained to know how to solve the tough problems on any floor. Paul specializes in understanding clientele needs and bringing about thorough resolution which will ensure that each Customer will receive fast, honest answers and solutions. Paul looks forward to putting his knowledge and experience to work for you.

Doug brought over 9 years of sales and marketing experience. With that, he has been able to focus in on what is most efficient for the customer and allowing him to give top notch customer service. He has also won numerous awards for his performance and his customer service during this time. Doug has also earned an IPCI Field certification which gives him a unique, inside perspective on what it will take for success on any floor.

Jessica Brooks joined Perfect Polish in January 2008. Jessica is a graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Media Arts. Jessica has been involved most recently in pre and post production for a national television network as well as sales and marketing in the recreation industry. Jessica is certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute and is looking forward to help our clients exceed their needs. Her knowledge extends beyond her marketing and production experience as Jessica is available to offer our clients the full service experience that their projects require.

Ryan has many years of experience in the sales and customer service industry. His involvement in recreational design and construction has given him the skills to complete any size project. With his experience, he is able to provide his clients with professional, in depth consultation through the entire process. As an IPCI Certified Trainer, Ryan has the knowledge to educate and provide valuable technical insight.
