Meet Our Sales Team

Jeff Yates has been with Perfect Polish since 2004; having many years of sales and customer service experience. He became the Regional Sales Manager at the beginning of 2007 and currently holds membership with NMA and is IPCI certified. He attended University of Tennessee and graduated with a degree in Science.

Donald joined the Perfect Polish team in early 2006 bringing with him years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. In 2007, Donald was promoted to National Accounts Manager, where he focuses on providing savings to customers through the use of low-cost polished concrete floors instead of vinyl tile. Donald holds a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Administration and a Business Minor from the University of Tennessee.

Casey brings over ten years of concrete sales experience to the Perfect Polish team from the concrete curbing industry. Casey will be serving as Regional Sales Manager of the Pacific territory, and is looking forward to bringing quality polished concrete flooring solutions to his customers.

Gil was born and raised in Southern California, and has over 15 years of concrete experience before he joined the Perfect Polish team. A veteran of World of Concrete, Gil understands the needs of this industry, and looks forward to working with customers in the southwest.

John has over 20 years of sales and business owner experience and will be serving the western great lakes area to solve their flooring challenges with polished concrete flooring solutions.

Jason brings over 16 years of sales experience working in the buildings industry, and will be working closely with general contractors and facility managers in the great lakes area. He will be serving the great lakes region.

Paul Grady has had numerous years in Sales and Customer Service. Being IPCI certified, he has been properly trained to know how to solve the tough problems on any floor. Paul specializes in understanding clientele needs and bringing about thorough resolution which will ensure that each Customer will receive fast, honest answers and solutions. Paul looks forward to putting his knowledge and experience to work for you.

Bill joined Perfect Polish in 2008. With over 20 years professional sales and marketing experience, Bill brings superior customer service and a unique perspective to all he serves. Being IPCI certified allows Bill to offer his expertise as the premier problem solver for his clientele. Doug brought over 9 years of sales and marketing experience. With that, he has been able to focus in on what is most efficient for the customer and allowing him to give top notch customer service. He has also won numerous awards for his performance and his customer service during this time. Doug has also earned an IPCI certification which gives him a unique, inside perspective on what it will take for success on any floor.

Ashley Onks joins the Perfect Polish team with several years experience in sales and marketing. With her creativity and resource management skills, she brings each of her clients the perfect balance of customer service and knowledge. Ashley is certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute and has a deep understanding of the benefits that Polished Concrete can provide.

Jessica Brooks joined Perfect Polish in January 2008. Jessica is a graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Media Arts. Jessica has been involved most recently in pre and post production for a national television network as well as sales and marketing in the recreation industry. Jessica is certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute and is looking forward to help our clients exceed their needs. Her knowledge extends beyond her marketing and production experience as Jessica is available to offer our clients the full service experience that their projects require.

Erin O’Brien has a family history of concrete which led her to the opportunity at Perfect Polish. She started as a part of the sales team in March of 2006 and moved into the Architectural Consultants Team in July 2008. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University, and is currently continuing her education through the American Society of Professional Estimators as well as studying to become a LEED accredited professional. Erin is also certified with the International Polished Concrete Institute and performs CES presentations for architecture firms interested in learning more about polished concrete.
